I am a fully qualified Dietitian & Nutrition Specialist from Bangladesh. If you are underweight or overweight, want to lose or gain some weight, suffer from any Chronic diseases like kidney disease, Heart Disease, Cancer or Diabetes and want to keep them under control, you may contact me on any day and follow my best dietary plans. Apart from that, you can read my Diet, Nutritional, and Healthy Living Advice. My research interest includes counseling individuals on practices that promote better health, improving dietary habits, ensuring access to healthier food options, and developing the ability to become physically active. My objectives are to get involved in Education Programs in Human Nutrition which mainly focus on Food and Nutrition, Public Health, and Metabolic Disorder and offer a highly challenging working environment and opportunities to build up a progressive career that is a means of making life significant.

What I Do for Healthy Nutrition?
The key to a healthy eating lifestyle is to eat the right amount of calories. Eat more oily fish, fruits, and vegetables. Drink water instead of artificial sugary drinks. Cut down on saturated fat and sugar. Do regular physical activity, and take restful sleep.
